I stitch using 3 strands, how do I do one stitch when it is in the background and there is nothing to anchor it to? -- Terri from Clearwater, FL

- Hi Terri, our cross stitch tutorial gives some good ideas about that in Chapter 1, "Carrying threads over". (click on the top 'Tools and Info' tab). Generally, you can carry your thread under other stitches as long as it isn't very far, and the color isn't showing through on the front. Otherwise, stitch those loner stitches individually. -- Marv Schier from Chilliwack -- Sep 02

About Copyrights:
Copyright patterns may not be copied and given to someone else. It's against the law and it's dishonest. On the Internet, one copy can quickly turn into one million which basically takes away the need for people to buy the patterns, which puts the designers out of business. You can give away, trade, or sell the original leaflet though.
In the case of Crosstitch.com patterns, which are by subscription, all patterns are for the members personal use only and may not be given away or re-distibuted in any manner.
