- Dottie, I am always looking for supplies for my moms nursing home. I work with the residents there helping them stitch. I purchase all the supplies for them and donate them so i would be interested in anything you have. You can always donate them to goodwill or a church group. I also stitch squares for charity quilts at my church. -- carol from toronto -- May 21

- You were asking where to donate ....I'm assuming besides the usual of Goodwill and Value Village. If you're not thinking of having postage costs ...some hospitals have thrift shops that could use such a wonderful donation. -- Aleida from Ontario -- May 22
- Wow Lindsay - there must be a lot of you redbird ladies? You're the fourth I have come across. -- Pauline from Barnegat, NJ -- May 24
- Maybe Girl Scouts who are learning the basics of sewing, or Goodwill -- Sue from Texas -- May 29

About Copyrights:
Copyright patterns may not be copied and given to someone else. It's against the law and it's dishonest. On the Internet, one copy can quickly turn into one million which basically takes away the need for people to buy the patterns, which puts the designers out of business. You can give away, trade, or sell the original leaflet though.
In the case of Crosstitch.com patterns, which are by subscription, all patterns are for the members personal use only and may not be given away or re-distibuted in any manner.
