I've had great advise here before, help a gal again! Lol I've embroider an apron and some kitchen towels, all of which will be washed often. Is there a backing I can add to the back to protect the stitching? -- Peggy Jeffries from Clovis, California USA

- On the smaller pieces, like the towels, I use iron on interfacing to protect the stitching. Aprons are a different story. You could use a lining fabric along with the iron on interfacing (it would look nicer). -- Pauline from Barnegat, NJ -- Dec 03
- I use Heat N Bond(iron on adhesive) on all my cross stitch projects. You might try it on your next project. Happy Stitching -- Dona Jo from Aransas Pass,Tx -- Dec 07

About Copyrights:
Copyright patterns may not be copied and given to someone else. It's against the law and it's dishonest. On the Internet, one copy can quickly turn into one million which basically takes away the need for people to buy the patterns, which puts the designers out of business. You can give away, trade, or sell the original leaflet though.
In the case of Crosstitch.com patterns, which are by subscription, all patterns are for the members personal use only and may not be given away or re-distibuted in any manner.
