I know how to secure the thread by weaving it through the stitches on the back side, but I would like to secure it so the stitches don't come out with some type of glue. What do you use for securing your stitches? -- Linda Del amp from Brighton Mi

- I've been known to use Fray Check to secure stitches. It's invisible when dry. -- Bowywil from CASTLE ROCK -- Jun 19
- Not being mean :) but the idea of putting glue on a XS piece horrifies me!! I have been stitching for 40 years and by weaving the ends have NEVER had a stitch come loose! PLEASE re-think the use of glue! -- Julie from USA -- Jun 19
- Fray Check is a good idea. Much better than glue! -- Julie from USA -- Jun 20
- hi, I use the iron on bonding and that seals everything. It does come in different weights. If not, use the Fray Check. I also use the fray check on the fabric all around the edges, this keeps if from raveling. Happy stitching. -- Dona Jo from Aransas Pass,Tx -- Jun 22
- Don't use glue. EVER! Follow the advice others have offered. Fray Check is good. -- Juliana from Guatemala -- Apr 06

About Copyrights:
Copyright patterns may not be copied and given to someone else. It's against the law and it's dishonest. On the Internet, one copy can quickly turn into one million which basically takes away the need for people to buy the patterns, which puts the designers out of business. You can give away, trade, or sell the original leaflet though.
In the case of Crosstitch.com patterns, which are by subscription, all patterns are for the members personal use only and may not be given away or re-distibuted in any manner.
