    • Hello, I am looking for a pattern that possibly is called "Nurses Prayer" or something on that line. I think, but I'm not sure, that it is a Stoney Creek pattern. The left side has a floral design and the right side has a verse. At the bottom is a stethoscope and some other medical supplies. I would like to do this for my daughter who will be graduating from nursing school in the spring of 2011. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

    • I'm looking for a June Griggs Design Vintage Seed Packet Cross Stitch leaflet No. 39 (has watermelon, corn, radish, and carrot). Everyone has the No. 38 (tomato, etc.). I have that and No.40, but would like No. 39 to do a project for my daughter's kitchen. Thanks for any help you can give. Don't want to deal with e-Bay.

    • When doing lettering in a design, is the lettering center from the center of the fabric out, or from each side? I am doing a small piece using PCStitch and it looks centered but when I count from the fabric center it is off.

    • I am trying to find a cross-stitch pattern that I purchased about 20 years ago at a craft store in Carlisle, PA called Witchcrafts (now closed). It was a beautiful three-panel (triptych?) cross-stitch piece of angels, all in different colors, and the pattern called for both floss and metallic threads. I started it but gave it to my sister to work on; unfortunately, she sold it at a yard sale! I've been trying for years to find it again - I know I haven't given much information, but if this sounds familiar to anyone, I would love to purchase this again. I think the pattern was by Leisure Arts but not 100% sure.

    • I am desperately wanting this pattern/kit. I will gladly pay for this. am searching for a janlynn pattern of a woman holding a baby against her chest, you can see a partial of the womans face as she is leaning down on the babys head. I believe it was sold as a kit. I found it in a July 2006 cross stitch collection magazine issue 132. they had it shown stitched there by someone who submitted it and it was done as a birth sampler. The magazine I saw it in is a british magazine.     • I am looking for the cross stitch pattern for "Angel of Spring" by Laine Gordon. I know that it came out in a kit in the catalog "The Stitchery" in 1995. She is mostly in blue, is holding a basket of red roses in one hand and a bluebird in the other hand. I don't need the kit, just the pattern.     • Hi again - My stash clean out consists of year sets only w/some leftover fibers,patterns only for SNN (silver needle secret needle nights) (I do not want to break up the year). I just want to sell these four years and get it over with, don't want to take the time to just sell of each pattern, too time consuming. Thanks for your help in this. Ebay is having a sell, I will list at the end of week, unless anybody wants them now. I am selling each set for $60.00(this includes the postage,if you are in US). This technically breaks down each pattern $5.00 each, plus some leftover fibers.     • does anyone have the FREE CHART of "Daydreams" which waas put out by the DMC Corp.? It is a boy and girl kneeling looking out a window. It required a stamped-self addressed envelope at that time. I have found it on the back of Cross Stitch Samplers magazine from Spring 1991.

    • I am looking for a specific pattern that was in the magazine CROSS STITCH SAMPLER sometime between 1998-2003. It was quilt blocks using specialty thread - Caron Wildflowers. The design was about 7x12 (approx.) when stitched, a quilt block with a word underneath, such as love, a different quilt block, with joy, etc. There were 9 blocks with words underneath. There were 4 designs (I think) in probably 4 different issues. The set or at least one might have been called THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT, if anyone can HELP!!! I would appreciate it!!!     • Can someone tell me when starting a new cross stitch pattern. What is the easiest way to find the center of the pattern. After you find the center is that where you start the pattern, or do you count to the bottom of the pattern and work your way to the top. Sometime when my picture is finished it is not quite centered. Did I confuse anyone yet? Thanks for the help.

    • I have tons of older cross stitch Magazines that I would like to give away for the cost of postage. A flat rate box mailed in the USA will hold about 50-60 magazines and costs $10.95 if you want it insured that is another $1.75. I tried to do this a couple of years ago, but we had several deaths in the family close together. and believe it or not things are just getting back to some sort of normalcy. loosing a parent on each side and a sister in a one year period is hard.
